The LittleWhiz staff is very helpful in providing detailed information and preparing baby items from the baby list, the promotion is very attractive, the price is reasonable and cheaper than what I have seen.. If you buy a carseat and stroller, they have a combo price.. And for mum's who don't know how to choose a breast pump, you can try here.. because there is a place to test the breast pump.. Good experience renting a stroller to use as I didn't want to bring my own. The stroller was clean and we liked it better than our own stroller! The customer service team was responsive via Whatsapp and easy to deal with, and organise delivery. The deposit was also returned in a very timely manner.

Ms. Yus was attend to our recent complaint responsively regarding not receive the purchased babycar seat we have purchased from littlewhiz platform on Lazada.The assigned courier company FL*SH Setia Alam (indeed I think they are better deserved with the name of FLUSH!!! Because they will flush away your parcel, happy customers and your business), took more than 1 week and yet still unable to deliver to the delivery point with numerous of excuses and empty promises, although the distance was actually less than 1km radius.The FLUSH should be hold accountable for the whole chaos incidents.Eventually Ms.Yus come out with an action plans and able to resolve the issue effectively.Thank you for the assistance and big shout out to the staff Ms. YusWe will repeat purchase the baby goods from your shop, only to your physical store instead of purchase online.
