Placing Order

1. Search the product(s) you want to buy. You can search by using “SEARCH“ on our website.
2. “ADD TO CART” the item(s) you want to purchase. Shopping Cart will display the item that you plan to purchase, change the quantity if you need to purchase more.
3. “CONTINUE SHOPPING” if you have other item(s) to purchase.  “CHECKOUT“ if you are done with your shopping.
4. “LOGIN“ to your account if you are registered member. “REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT“ if you are a new member. You can also purchase with us without an account or you do not wish to register an account. Just key in the SHIPPING DETAILS and CONTINUE.
5. Please re-check Delivery Address and enter correct Credit Card or Bank Transfer details.
6. An confirmation email will be sent to you from LittleWhiz.com & Payment Gateway – RAZER MERCHANT SERVICES. Please ensure you receive both email. Please check SPAM mail folder if you does not receive any of this mail in your INBOX.

Track Order Online

1. Login to your account/Go to “MY ACCOUNT“.
2. Select “ORDERS“.
3. Select #Order, and click “VIEW“. (Details will be available at that order)

Order Status

  • Processing – Orders are received by us and will be process as soon as possible.
  • Preparing – Your order are in the preparing stage and shall be sent out soonest possible.
  • Pending payment – Payment is pending.
  • Package is ready – Your orders has been packed and ready
  • On-hold – Your order has been on-hold at our end. This could be due to payment discrepancies, stock issue, courier issue and etc. 
  • Completed – Your order has been delivered and completed.
  • Cancelled – Orders has been cancelled, this is usually that buyer do not enter complete details and payment is not successuful.

4. If you have not receive your order after the estimated date of arrival. You are encourage to follow up with the respective courier company for immediate feedback. All Contact numbers or online tracking link are in Order Tracking Email send to you when we send out the order.

Change an order / Change Shipping Address

1. Please check with us on the shipping timing before you confirm your order online. Changing an orders or shipping address is NOT possible once the parcel has been sent out.

2. Contact us to check the delivery. Contact us before the parcel has been send out with the correct Order ID and the new item to change to and/or new shipping address. Top up the balance and you item will be change, subject to stock availability.

Note:  
1. Changing an Order and/or shipping address will result in delay of your order! Your order will be re-arrange to the back of the line base on queue.  
2. Change of address after the order has been sent out will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation

1. A minimum service charge of RM5.00 or 3% on order value whichever is higher will be imposed for cancellations.

2. Cancellations is NOT possible once the parcel has been sent out.

3. NO CASH REFUND for cancellations. Payment will be converted into store credit.

Reservation / Bookings

Stocks are first come first serve basics. A minimun deposit of 20% or full payment is required for reservation or bookings to ensure the stock is reserved for you.

LittleWhiz.com reserved the right to sell to the next first customer inline. Check stock with us for more accounts details.

In-Store Collection / Self Collection

You can opt for in-store collection or self collect for your purchase.

Forget Password

If you forget your password, please click “LOST PASSWORD” at the login page. An email with a link to reset password will be email to you.

To promote GREEN environment and therefore we do not offer printed Receipts or Tax Invoice for all online purchase. you can convert your order into pdf format on your own and print it our for records purposes, if needed.

You can choose to walk-in. Not all Product has display unit. Some items are shipped directly from supplier warehouse, mostly dropship/pre-order item.

We ship within Malaysia. Including East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan) and to overseas countries too..

Shipping Charges are set by courier companies and NOT LittleWhiz.com. Courier charges are to be paid to respective courier company to deliver your order.

Shipping charges are final and no negotiation, discount or refund will be given. Customers are always encourage to arrange own courier if you are more comfortable with their fees structure, performance and services.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING in Peninsular Malaysia (Except Cameron Highland, Langkawi) and with minimum purchase. Free Shipping is applicable for purchase of  >RM100 (Except Super oversize items such as Baby cot).

Free Shipping is only applicable for Peninsular Malaysia. LittleWhiz.com reserved the right to select any courier company appointed by us to ship your order. 

There is no free shipping for East Malaysia or overseas.

1. If you order falls below stipulate amount for FREE SHIPPING due to items/colors out-of-stock, you are advised to either change color or to other items to continue enjoy FREE SHIPPING. Shipping Method

It is recommended that you put an address that has someone to hep received your items. In the event that your parcel has to be re-deliver due to no one available to receive on your behalf. The delivery will takes longer time.

Oversize Item

Oversize items (Car Seats, Strollers, Safety Gate, High Chairs, Booster Seat, Bouncer and etc) are NOT entitle for FREE Shipping regardless of purchase amount. Some items which are light but bulky will also be classified as oversize because the calculations of weight is base on volumetric.

Baby Cot is classified as super oversize items and are NOT entitled for FREE Delivery.

Shipping Time

All Orders are important to us and to be process when available and as soon as possible. Delivery time are subject to mode of delivery, delivery area (remote / outskirt area will require more shipping time) and circumstances. No same day delivery applicable. 
It is recommended that you put an address that has someone to help received your items. In the event that your parcel has to be re-deliver due to no one available to receive on your behalf. The delivery will takes longer time.

Saturday & Sunday are classified as Non Work Day and there is not delivery and/or pick up for this 2 days

Shipping is done via courier. Time of shipping cannot be set.

From our experience, we advise do not encourage online ordering especially when you need the item very very urgent. Many unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances could possibly happen.

International Shipping

We ship to Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam currently.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:-
For international shipping, recipient will be the importer in record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; LittleWhiz.com have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Arranging Own Courier Or freight forwarder

We always encourage customers to engage their own courier company or freight forwarder company that customer are more comfortable with their services and past performance. Please arrange with the respective courier company at your own cost.

Return, Refundnd & Exchanges

Return & Refund Policy

  • Return items for exchange are acceptable with 20% re-stocking fee and must be within working 5 days from date of receipts. Return items must be with it’s original package and are in re-sell conditions.
  • Refund will be in Store Credit only. No cash refund. 
  • If you returns the item damaged, or in a condition that is different from the condition in which LittleWhiz.com sent  it, we will only issue partial refund. 
  • Items returned without proper packaging, dirty, or used will NOT be entertain. 
  • Shipping charges for return are borne by customer.

Exchange Policy

  • If the size does not fit you and you would like to change the size of the item bought, you can send it back to us at your own cost and pay additional shipping charges for us to send you the right size.  
  • Items must be with it’s original package and re-sell conditions. Please contact us to inform us for exchange.
  • Items for exchange must be send back within 7 working days from date of receipts. 
  • Change from item A to item B will be classify as return, not exchange.

Damaged Goods

  • If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.   
  • You should notify us and damaged items for exchange must be send back within 5 working days from date of receipts. Otherwise, we will assume that you are satisfy with the products.    
  • Simply e-mail us pictures and details and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a positive one. All damaged products will be “Exchange only”.  

Note:-  

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Missing Parts

If any part(s) are missing when you receive your item. Simply send us pictures and details within 5 working days upon received your order and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a positive experience.

Colors might be slightly vary from the pictures compare to actual products. This could be due to many reasons such as screen brightness or fabrics or the place the pictures was taken and etc. 

Most items are packed and sealed box as it is new and unbox. It is quite hard for us to show the actual color most of the time.

Most suppliers will require customers to walk-in personally to their Service Centre for warranty claim. It will take more than 21 WORKING DAYS if you would like us to help to claim warranty.

In other words, because you have purchased a certain product from us this does not give us the responsibility of seeing to it that it works properly or is used properly. Pre-Order / Backorder Items are items not available in-stock. These items are subject to stock from supplier and delivery time are also subject from supplier to supplier. Please contact us for details before making a purchase for these items.

Prices (Selling Price) are set by authorized distributors or local importer. Promotion and Discounted Prices stated are final for both online and Walk-In. 

All prices published on the website exclude shipping charge and whichever taxes, if any.

Product Display / Display Unit

SELECTED items are display for Walk-In. It is advised to check with us before making trip for Walk-In.

If the display if available there will be only one color displayed for products with various color selections.

Installation Or Assemble Of Product

Installation for items such as car seat, stroller, baby walker, toys and etc are available for walk in customer. This is not available for online purchase as the items are not able to fit in the box and very difficult to transport after assemble.

For Baby cots, installation is offered at a minimal price (Only available for Klang Valley currently.) 

Demo Unit / Display Unit for Sale

  • Demo/Display unit for items such as car seat, stroller, baby walker etc. are available for purchase only when the model/color/fabric/design has been discontinued. 
  • The reason for discontinued could be vary from supplier to supplier such as new model coming up, new color , new fabric, new design, new mechanism, new feature added and many more. 
  • If in any case, you like the Demo/Display Unit color but it is not discontinue, the price will be the same as discounted / promotion price at that moment.

Promotion

Promotion Period

  • Stocks for promotion are while stock last.
  • Date of promotion is only an indications of the promotion period and are final, it will not be extended unless stated.

Payment Error Message

LittleWhiz.com LOVES payment. We would not reject any payments and do not have the authority to reject any transactions. Please refer to your issuance bank for clarifications.

Note: 
In many cases, settlement report at the end of the day is the most accurate. Sometimes the bank issue the payment but it was not completed properly at our payment gateway. Our payment gateway will then inform bank on the unsuccessful payment at the end of the day via settlement report. In this cases, your money will be returned to you the next working day by the bank.

Cannot Add Items to Cart

Among the main reason is that the item(s) is out-of-stock or your points is not enough to redeem this product. Please refer to the stock status.

Cannot Update Item Quantity

This is because the items you plan to purchase has very low inventory for now. The inventory might be lesser quantity than the quantity you wish to purchase.

No Payment Confirmation Email Receive

If you have made a purchase online and did not receive a Payment Confirmation Email. Your payment could be rejected by the bank or service provider.

Alternatively, login back to your account in LittleWhiz.com to check your order whether it is successfully completed or not, if yes. Kindly contact us.

Payment Paid but No Order Confirmation Email

If you have made a purchase online and cannot locate your order in your account. Kindly contact us.

Membership & Gift Services

Register as Member

You are encouraged to register as member to enjoy great savings and promotion from time to time. Plus, you can also collect redemption points to redeem products or cash vouchers as a member. You are also entitled for member price for selected products by login to your account and view the website.

Registering as a member is FREE. All details are kept online because we are an environmental friendly company.

You can check your redemption points anytime, anywhere by login to your account in LittleWhiz.com. You have the options to redeem the products either online or by walk-in. Redemption point does not include shipping charges.

Every Ringgit spend will earn you 1 redemption points. Every 1 redemption points will earn you from RM0.02 value.

eg. Every 50 points can allow a customer to exchange a product worth approximately RM1.00 Cash Voucher

Currently, you redemption points are for exchange of cash voucher or product only.

So happen that you have few items selected but need to pack it nicely in a hamper form to make the gift more special and presentable, we are able to do it at a minimal charges subject to the size of the basket and material needed
