How to choose the size: 

• Measure your nipple diameter before the pumping session (DO NOT measure areola).
• Then add another 3-4mm to your nipple diameter to determine the Flexi insert size that you need.
• For example: if your nipple size is 16mm, you can purchase a 19mm Flexi insert (16mm+3mm)
