Online secure credit card payment is made through Mobile 88.com, it is a 3rd party secure online systems that offer customers safe, accessible, fast, and reliable environment for making payments, your confidential credit card information will automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. LittleWhiz.com do not store your credit card information.

2. HOW TO PURCHASE

A) Online.
You have the options to register an account or you can opt for purchase without register when buying at LittleWhiz.com:-
To register an account:-This is a very simple process that takes no longer than 5 minutes of your time. All you need to do is enter your login information, shipping and billing address for your order. You can register an account before or after you have filled your shopping cart. At the checkout point, you will be prompted to enter your existing customer details or register a new account.
To purchase without register:- Select Checkout without registering. You will need to enter all the shipping details and also billing details after you check out.
Payment Method: Credit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, Payment at ATM Machines, Cheque.
B) Email.
You can email us the list of products you would like to purchase, we will then advise you the total amount including the Shipping Charges. You can then bank in the payment to any of our Bank account provided online. Please also provide your name, delivery address and contact number to us.
Payment Method: Credit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, Payment at ATM Machines, Cheque.
C) Walk-In to LittleWhiz.com Showroom (MAP TO SHOWROOM)
LittleWhiz.com has a showroom located at Setia Alam, Shah Alam, you are welcome to visit our showroom during operating hours. We strongly advise you to contact us before coming because some items might not be available or sold out. Our showroom also does not display all the product sold online.

D) Self-Collect from LittleWhiz.com Showroom
LittleWhiz.com has online and a showroom, you can opt for self-collect but all self-collect orders must be made online, email or call accompany with payment/deposit. LittleWhiz.com reserved the right to request for deposit for the purchase (especially Pre-order item). Please be informed that we are not able to reserve any products without payment/deposit because all products are base on first come first serve.
Payment Method: Credit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, Payment at ATM Machines, Cheque.
NOTE: BOOKING will only be entertained with a minimum payment of 20% deposit from the price of the product(s). For customers who order online and self collect, please also made the deposit for booking purposes. For customers who called in for the booking, you are also require to do so.

3. PAYMENT METHOD
A) Credit Cards: Visa & MasterCard
Kindly take note that your payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd. The name of Mobile88.com will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification e-mail from Mobile88.com on this transaction.
LittleWhiz.com reserved the right to reject any credit card transaction if deem unfit. LittleWhiz.com reserved the right to request for additional information for verifications purposes.
Note:
1. Some credit cards requires to register with the issuing bank before purchasing online, please check with your respective issuing bank. Please take note that credit card will be charged once the order is confirmed. We will notify you if item you order is out of stock, your credit card will not be charged if the item you order is out of stock or the transaction is fail or rejected.
2. For ONLINE transaction more than RM500.00 using credit card, a verification process with the issuing bank will be done. This is a requirement by the third party payment gateway. We will process the order as soon as the verifications is done. However, the process procedure and timelines varies from bank to bank.
B) Direct Bank Transfer / ATM Cash Bank In
Our account details will be displayed upon checkout when you choose Direct Bank Transfer as payment method. Please fill in the "Payment Notification" form on the Information column after you have successfully transferred the payment. You can also go to any Maybank ATM to make payment by bank in the amount to LittleWhiz Marketing.

Note :
1. Please fill in the Payment Notification or send us an email after you had made the payment via Direct Bank Transfer. Otherwise, this will slow down the process for the delivery.
2. For Interbank Giro, it will take 2 days for the payment to be clear. For faster processing, please fax us 03-33429251 or mail to us the transfer slip/transactions codes as proof. LittleWhiz.com reserved the right to request for more information for verification purposes.
3. All orders without payment for more than 7 working days will be void. This is to avoid congestion and to ensure that all the orders are up to date for customer service purposes.
C) Direct Bank Transfer / ATM Cheque Bank In
Cheque may be sent to us or deposit into our account. Information and further instructions will be displayed upon checkout. Please fill in the "Payment Notification" form on the Information column after you have sent/ deposit the check to us. The order will only be shipped after the cheque has been cleared.

You can send us the cheque or bank into any Maybank branches, if you bank in the cheque at any Maybank branch, kindly filled in the Payment Notification.
All orders paid using Cheque will only be processed after the Cheque has been cleared.
D) Gift Certificates / Discount Coupon
If you want to use any gift certificate or discount coupons, please fill in the cert./coupon number in the box displayed before checking out. Give your cart a final check and then click on the "Checkout" button.

4. STOCKS AVAILABILITY
LittleWhiz.com has more than 1,500 products on our website. NOT ALL items are available in-stock at our store or showroom. Please be informed that some of the item you ordered might not available. We will proposed the best replacement item(s) for out of stock products.
However, you are encouraged to email us at for stock availability before making purchase online. We will check the stocks and revert back to you as soon as possible. Standard Delivery Time is 2 - 7 working days. (Subject to Product Availability, Delivery Area and Delivery Mode). Please take note especially when the product stock status is "PRE-ORDER", item with this stock status means that we do not have this item in-stock and will need to check stock with supplier and it is subject to stock availability.

5. DELIVERY CHARGES, TIME AND METHOD
A) Delivery Charges.
There will be delivery charges for purchasing online. If you would like to save on delivery charges, you are encourage to opt of self-pick up at our showroom (Some of our customers prefer it this way).
If you opt for delivery, you are simply paying the courier company for the delivery service, not LittleWhiz.com. LittleWhiz.com only make the arrangement with the courier company for online delivery. (However, you can enjoy the FREE DELIVERY when you meet the minimum purchase requirement*)
* Applicable to Peninsula Malaysia customers only. LittleWhiz.com will also look into this by case to case basis.
B) Delivery Time
Standard Delivery Time is 2 - 7 working days. (Subject to Product Availability, Delivery Area and Delivery Mode).
All orders with payment come in after 12.00 p.m. (Local Time) shall NOT be calculated as one (1) working day.
LittleWhiz.com shall inform customer if there is any delay with the order with the reason of delay.
Please refer to the stock status of the product. This will determine the numbers of delivery days. For Pre-Order status product, it will be require more days compared to In-Stock status product. Please refer to Point 9. Stock Availability for more information.
B) Delivery Method
All orders are delivered via 3rd party courier company. Please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address when we send out the order. Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge for re-send of order or changed or address. There will be Delivery Update Tracking once the order has been sent out. Please check your email for information about your order or track your order online (Refer to point 10. Track Order)
Please be informed that we will NOT be able to accommodate on the time of delivery because we engaged the courier company to deliver all our orders.
Note :
1. Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made, not order date. Orders made more than 7 days without payment will be void.
2. Calculations of the delivery days is based on the information given by the courier company. Total numbers of days are not set by LittleWhiz.com nor LittleWhiz.com does not have any control on the numbers of delivery day. LittleWhiz.com will follow up with the delivery company for your parcel till it reaches you.

6. ADD PRODUCT TO YOUR SHOPPING CART
To shop, click on the any category at Product Categories displayed on the left panel and start browsing. To learn more about the product, click on "Click here for more details". When you have found the item you want, click on "Add to Cart" button. Your shopping cart details will be shown each time you add a new item.
Click on the "Continue Shopping" to browse for more products or "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout counter.

7. SEARCH PRODUCT
You have two options to search for products.
a) Convenient method: Enter the keywords in "Product Search" Box on the top right corner and click "Go". While this method is convenient, it only list the basic items under your keyword search. To view all the applicable items, see the following method.
b) Advance method: For a more detailed search, go to "Advanced Search" on the second top panel. Here you may search by product name, category, price, serial number and the date the item is added.

8. CHANGING QUANTITY OR REMOVING ITEM FROM SHOPPING CART
When you are done selecting the items you want, click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the top panel. Check the details of the items you have added. If you need to change the quantity of a particular item, change the figure shown under QTY and click "Change QTY". To remove an item, click on the "Remove" button found on the right side of each item.

9. CHECKOUT
Once you have done with your shopping, just click at the CHECKOUT button and you will be prompt the following:-
A) New Customer.
i) Register New Account - Takes less than 5 minutes to register. Entering all the necessary details required. Register new account to enjoy lots of benefits with LittleWhiz.com, you can get redemption points to redeem products, get the latest news (promotion, contest, new products) and many more to come from time to time.
ii) Checkout Without Registering - For those who purchase one time as a gift for their Friend and Family.
B) Register Customer.
Login to your account.
Your are advise to check all the details carefully before confirming your order.

10. TRACK ORDER
To check the status of your order, go to "Track Order" on the second top panel. Login your account and your up-to-date order status will be displayed.

11. WARRANTY
LittleWhiz.com does not manufacture the products offered for sale. Therefore LittleWhiz.com does not offer product warranty, but extends the manufacturer's standard warranty. If you wish information regarding the manufacturer's warranty before ordering, please contact us.
Because LittleWhiz.com does not imply or express warranty, we cannot imply warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or cause. In other words, because you have purchased a certain product from us this does not give us the responsibility of seeing to it that it works properly or is used properly. All of our products, no matter how safe you believe they are, should be used only under close supervision of an adult.
We admit we select the safest and best quality products we can find, but it is your responsibility to see the devices are installed and used properly. If you receive a product from us that is missing the use, care, assembly or installation instructions, contact us and we will send the information along to you.
Note: All warranty are not extended to purchases outside Malaysia.

12. CANCELING AN ORDER
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason please go to "Track Order" on the second top panel. Within the same business/working day, your order will be canceled free of any charges. Otherwise, it will qualify as Return. Please see the Return Policy for details.

13. RETURN & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt of your product. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a store credit. Please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of your package.
LittleWhiz.com will only accept items for return or exchange (20% restocking fee apply) that are in their original/resale condition and that have received a Return Authorization Number. Any items returned without proper packaging, dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund. You will have 15 days upon receipt of the product to send it back to us. Your refund in store credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s) deduct 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost are not refundable. If you purchase the items with a free shipping special, your refund in store credit will be purchase price deduct 20% restocking fee deduct shipping fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied.
Example 1 :
L from Zone 2 purchase Item A (RM99.90) + Item B (RM55.90) + RM15.00 (Zone 2 Shipping Charges) = RM170.80.
L return Item A (at own shipping cost), L receives (RM99.90 - RM19.98 (20% Restocking Fee) = RM79.92 (Store Credit)
Example 2 :
L from Zone 1 purchase Item A (RM99.90) + Item B (RM55.90) + Item C (RM55.90) = RM211.70, L pay only RM211.70 (Free Shipping apply)
L return Item A (at own shipping cost), L receives(RM99.90 - RM19.98 (20% Restocking fee) - RM10.00 (Zone 1 Shipping Charges) = RM69.92 (Store Credit)

14. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Please pack the damage products/parts and send back to us for investigation before we replace the item to you. Simply e-mail us and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a positive one. All damaged products will be "Exchange only".
