1. Secure Online Shopping Online secure credit card payment is made through commercepayment.com, it is a secure online systems that offer customers safe, accessible, fast, and reliable environment for making payments, your confidential credit card information will automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). LittleWhiz.com do not store your credit card information.
2. How to Purchase
i) MODE OF PURCHASE
a. Online You will need to register an account in order to buy any items at LittleWhiz. This is a very simple process that takes no longer than 5 minutes of your time. All you need to do is enter your login information, shipping and billing address for your order. You can register an account before or after you have filled your shopping cart. At the checkout point, you will be prompted to enter your existing customer details or register a new account. b. Walk-In LittleWhiz.com is operated from home, you can call to view the product but on appointment basis. Please contact us before coming because we might not be at home and the product you are looking for is not available for viewing. c. Self Collect LittleWhiz.com is operated from home, self collect is also on appointment basis. LittleWhiz.com reserved tthe right to request for deposit for the purchase. ii) MODE OF PAYMENT
a. Credit Cards: Visa & MasterCard Note:
Some credit cards requires to register with the issuing bank before
purchasing online, please check with your respective issuing bank.
Please take note that credit card will be charged once the order is
confirmed. We will notify you if item you order is out of stock, your
credit card will not be charged if the item you order is out of stock. LittleWhiz.com
reserved the right to reject any credit card transaction if deem unfit.
LittleWhiz.com reserved the right to request for additional information
for verifications purposes.
Kindly take note that your payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd. The name of Mobile88.com will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification e-mail from Mobile88.com on this transaction.
b. Direct Bank Transfer: Our
account details will be displayed upon checkout when you choose bank
transfer method of payment. Please fill in the "Payment Notification"
form on the Information column after you have successfully transferred
the payment. You can also go to any Maybank ATM to make payment by bank in the amount to LittleWhiz.com.

may be sent to us or deposit into our account. Our address and further
instructions will be displayed upon checkout. Please fill in the
"Payment Notification" form on the Information column after you have
sent/ deposit the check to us. The order will only be shipped after the
cheque has been cleared.

You can send us the cheque or bank into any Maybank branches, if you bank in the cheque at any Maybank branch, kindlyfilled in the Paymeny Notification.
3. Adding Items to your Shopping Cart
To select the items, click on the Product Categories displayed on the left panel and start browsing. A list of products will be displayed under each category. To learn more about the product, click on "Click here for more details". When you have found the item you want, click on "Add to Cart". Your shopping cart details will be shown each time you add a new item.
Click on the "Continue Shopping" to browse for more products or "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout counter.
4. Product Search
You have two options to search for products.
a) Convenient method: Enter the keywords in "Product Search" Box on the top right corner and click "Go". While this method is convenient, it only list the basic items under your keyword search. To view all the applicable items, see the following method.
b) Advance method: For a more detailed search, go to "Advanced Search" on the second top panel. Here you may search by product name, category, price, serial number and the date the item is added.
To search for products of a particular brand, go to "SHOP BY BRAND", and see if the brand you are looking for is listed. Then type the brand name in the "Product Search" box or "Advanced Search" and click "Go".
If you need a particular product that is not listed in our store, you may drop us an email at admin@littlewhiz.com stating your contact details and enquiry. We may carry the product you need but haven't publish it in our store yet.
5. Mini Shopping Cart
A mini shopping cart is displayed permanently on the right panel. Your shopping cart's total item and total amount will be shown. The mini shopping cart is automatically updated each time you add a new item.
6. Changing Quantity or Remove Item
When you are done selecting the items you want, click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the top panel. Check the details of the items you have added. If you need to change the quantity of a particular item, change the figure shown under QTY and click "Change QTY". To remove an item, click on the "Remove" button found on the right side of each item. If you want to use any gift certificate or discount coupons, please fill in the cert./coupon number in the box displayed before checking out. Give your cart a final check and then click on the "Checkout" button.
7. Checkout
If you are a returning customer, your shipping and billing details will be displayed. If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to register a new customer account (see Account Registration for details). After you have registered, you will be taken back to the checkout page. Check your details, modify as necessary. Then click "Continue".
Next you are required to choose your Shipping and Payment Method (see Delivery and Payment). Your shipping option based on the shipping address you have provided will be displayed. Select the shipping and payment method and click "Continue". You are still able to modify your order from here. Just click on the "Modify Order" button and you will be taken back to your Shopping Cart.
When you click "Continue", your purchase details will be displayed. If your purchase amount qualifies for free shipping, it will be automatically deducted from your bill. Details displayed also include your Points Details (see LittleWhiz Redemption Program), chosen payment method, shipping and billing addresses. If the details are incorrect, click "Modify Order". If the details are in order, click "Confirm and Pay for Order".
Your Order ID along with all the order details will be displayed. You may print out this page by clicking on the "Click To Print" button. Your order is automatically saved to your account.
8. Delivery
Standard delivery time is 3 - 7 working days. (Subject to Delivery Area and Mode of Delivery). If all items ordered are in stock, LittleWhiz.com shall send out the order on the next working day.
All orders with payment come in after 3.30 p.m. (Local Time) shall not be calculated as one (1) working days.
LittleWhiz.com shall inform customer if there is any delay with the order with the reason of delay.
All our orders are delivered via courier company. Please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address when we send out the order. Otherwise, we reserved the right to charged for re-send of order.
Because we engaged the courier company to deliver all our orders, please be informed that we will not be able to accomodate on the time of delivery. Special arrangement can be made on the time of delivery. However, extra charges will apply.
Note : Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made, not order date.
LittleWhiz.com has more than 1,500 products on website. It's rather hard for us to ensured all stocks are available at all time. Please bear with us if the item(s) you order is out of stock. We often get these message from our suppliers too ! We will proposed the best replacement item(s) for out of stock products. However, you are encouraged to email us at admin@littlewhiz.com or littlewhizdotcom@yahoo.com for stock availability before making purchase online. We will check the stocks and revert back to you as soon as possible.
10. Track Order
To check the status of your order, go to "Track Order" on the second top panel. Login your account and your up-to-date order status will be displayed. You may also cancel your order after it has been placed. (see our Canceling Policy).
11. Warranty
LittleWhiz does not manufacture the products offered for sale. Therefore LittleWhiz does not offer product warranty, but simply extends the manufacturer's standard warranty. If you wish information regarding the manufacturer's warranty before ordering, please e-mail us at admin@littlewhiz.com.
Because LittleWhiz does not imply or express warranty, we cannot imply warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or cause. In other words, because you have purchased a certain product from us this does not give us the responsibility of seeing to it that it works properly or is used properly. All of our products, no matter how safe you believe they are, should be used only under close supervision of an adult.
We admit we select the safest and best quality products we can find, but it is your responsibility to see the devices are installed and used properly. If you receive a product from us that is missing the use, care, assembly or installation instructions, e-mail us and we will send the information along to you.
12. Changing or Canceling An Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason please go to "Track Order" on the second top panel. Within the same business/working day, your order will be cancelled free of any charges. Otherwise, it will qualify as Return. Please see the Return Policy for details.
13. Return & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt of your product. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a store credit. Please notify us at admin@littlewhiz.com within 3 days of receipt of your package.
LittleWhiz.com can only accept items for return or exchange (there is a 20% restocking fee) that are in their original/resale condition and that have received a Return Authorization Number. Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund. You will have 15 days upon receipt of the product to send it back to us. Your refund in store credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s) deduct 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost are not refundable. If you purchase the items with a free shipping special, your refund in store credit will be purchase price deduct 20% restocking fee deduct shipping fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. Example 1 : L from Zone 2 purchase Item A (RM99.90) + Item B (RM55.90) + RM15.00 (Zone 2 Shipping Charges) = RM170.80. L return Item A (at own shipping cost), L receives (RM99.90 - RM19.98 (20% Restocking Fee) = RM79.92 (Store Credit) Example 2 : L from Zone 1 purchase Item A (RM99.90) + Item B (RM55.90) + Item C (RM55.90) = RM211.70, L pay only RM211.70 (Free Shipping apply) L return Item A (at own shipping cost), L receives(RM99.90 - RM19.98 (20% Restocking fee) - RM10.00 (Zone 1 Shipping Charges) = RM69.92 (Store Credit) 14. Damaged Products
If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Please send back the defective product to us for investigation before we replace the item to you. Simply e-mail us at admin@littlewhiz.com and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a positive one. All damaged products will be "Exchange only".
