on first come first serve.

credit card transactions will be cancel if the item you ordered is out

on our website. Our objective is to offer wide range of selections for
our valued customers online. NOT
ALL
items are available in-stock at our store or showroom. And NOT
ALL items
will be display at our showroom. Please take note that some of the item
you ordered might not available. Please bear with us as we try to fulfil all the stocks whether online and/or walk-in. We will proposed the best replacement
item(s) for out-of-stock products.

DELIVERY
CHARGES, TIME AND METHOD

Delivery Charges.
ALL
PURCHASE VIA ONLINE are
subject to
DELIVERY CHARGES. We offer FREE DELIVERY* for
PENINSULA
MALAYSIA customer who
purchase above certain amount. Kindly refer to our Delivery Zones and
Charges page for
more information. If you would like to save on delivery charges, you
are encourage to opt of self-pick up at our showroom (Some of our
customers prefer it this way).
If you opt for delivery, you are simply paying the courier company for
the delivery service, not LittleWhiz.com. LittleWhiz.com only make the
arrangement with the courier company for online delivery.

Applicable to Peninsula Malaysia customers only. LittleWhiz.com will
also look into this by case to case basis. NOT APPLICABLE for oversize
item such as Strollers, Car Seat, Baby Cot, Walker etc..
NOTE: FOR SABAH AND SARAWAK Customers, Kindly select "REQUEST FOR
SHIPPING QUOTATION" when you purchase online for Shipping Quotation.
The reason for doing so is because we offers flexibility in terms of
Delivery Services options such as Pos Laju or Pos Malaysia.

Delivery Time
Standard Delivery Time is 2 - 7*
working
days. (Subject to Peninsula Malaysia, Product Availability, Delivery
Area and Delivery Mode). We will update the order
status
online,

your order.

NOT HAVE SAME DAY
delivery service. Please plan your order accordingly.
All orders with payment come in after 12.00 p.m.
(Local
Time) shall NOT be
calculated as one (1) working day.
LittleWhiz.com shall inform customer if there is any delay with the
order with the reason of delay*.
Please refer to the stock status of the product. For PRE-ORDER
status product, it will be
require more days compared to In-Stock status product. We encourage you
to check stock with us on before making the purchase for PRE-ORDER
item.

IF you need the order URGENTLY, please contact us (There are LOCATION
MAP, CONTACT US and ABOUT US section with our details) for the stock
availability before making the order.
*2. It is best to plan your purchase rather then making an urgent
request. We would honor all sales but to be fair to all parties, we are
not able to control the delivery time as we engage third party courier
company for delivery.

arrival date of all orders is only an estimation and subject to change
from time to time due to many unforeseen circumstances which might
occur from time to time before or during the delivery that are not
within our control.
C)
Delivery Method
All orders are delivered via
3rd party
courier company. Please ensure that
somebody will be at the delivery address when we send out the order.
Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge for re-send of order or
changed or address. There will be Delivery Update Tracking once the
order has been sent out. Please check your email for information about
your order or track your order online (Refer to point 10. Track Order).
Please be informed that we are NOT
be able to
accommodate on the time of delivery because we engaged the courier
company to deliver all our orders.
The courier company WILL NOT
call you unless needed.
Please do not expect a call from courier company before the delivery.
Since ALL
DELIVERY are via courier
company. There is NO installation
service provided.
Note
:
1. Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment
made, not order date. Orders made more than 3 days without payment will
be void.
2. Calculations of the delivery days is based on the information given
by the courier company. Total numbers of days are not set by
LittleWhiz.com nor LittleWhiz.com does not have any control on the
numbers of delivery day. LittleWhiz.com will follow up with the
delivery company for your parcel till it reaches you.

TO YOUR SHOPPING CART
To shop, click on the any
category at Product
Categories displayed on the left panel and start browsing. To learn
more about the product, click on "Click here for more details". When
you have found the item you want, click on "Add to Cart" button. Your
shopping cart details will be shown each time you add a new item.
Click on the "Continue Shopping"
to browse for more products or "Confirm
& Pay Now" to proceed
to the checkout counter.

Color/Size/Design/Printing Selection: There are many products
comes in various
design, colors, printing, size and etc. Please ensure that you select
the correct one before adding the item to your shopping cart.
Please find enclosed the
color selection guide:-

Prince: Any colors NOT
related to PINK or PURPLE,
can be either red, yellow, green, orange, blue etc.
For
Princess: If the stock
available for these selection has either PINK
or PURPLE color, either one
of these 2 colors will be chosen. Otherwise, can be either red, yellow,
green, orange, blue, brown, grey and etc.

SEARCH
PRODUCT
You have two options to
search for products.
a)
Convenient
method: Enter the keywords in
"Product Search" Box on the top
right corner and click "Go". While this method is convenient, it only
list the basic items under your keyword search. To view all the
applicable items, see the following method.
b)
Advance method:
For a more detailed search, go to "Advanced Search" on the second top
panel. Here you may search by product name, category, price, serial
number and the date the item is added.

CHANGING
QUANTITY OR REMOVING ITEM FROM SHOPPING CART
When you are done selecting
the items you
want, click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the top panel. Check the
details of the items you have added. If you need to change the quantity
of a particular item, change the figure shown under QTY and click
"Change QTY". To remove an item, click on the "Remove" button found on
the right side of each item.
If you change items once
your order has been
sent out. It will be consider as "Return".

TRACK ORDER
To check the status of your
order, go to
"Track Order" on the second top panel. Login your account and your
up-to-date order status will be displayed.
Tracking of order could be
done using the
following methods depending on courier company engaged. Please login to

WARRANTY
LittleWhiz.com DOES NOT
manufacture the
products offered for sale. Therefore product warranty are not offered by LittleWhiz.com, but we extends the manufacturer's standard warranty. If
you wish to look for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty
before ordering, please contact us. For items under warranty
with warranty card,
kindly refer to the details of the importer / manufacturer for warranty
claim. Most supplier will required customers to walk-in personally to their Service Centre for warranty claim. It will takes more than 21 WORKING DAYS if you would like us to help to claim warranty.
Because LittleWhiz.com does not imply or express warranty, we cannot
imply warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose
or cause. In other words, because you have purchased a certain product
from us this does not give us the responsibility of seeing to it that
it works properly or is used properly. All of our products, no matter
how safe you believe they are, should be used only under close
supervision of an adult.
We admit we select the safest and best quality products we can find,
but it is your responsibility to see the devices are installed and used
properly. If you receive a product from us that is missing the use,
care, assembly or installation instructions, contact us and we will
send the information along to you.
For items under warranty
with warranty card,
kindly refer to the details of the importer / manufaturer for warranty
claim. We can help to send back to supplier on warranty but it will
takes longer time.

All warranty are not extended to purchase outside Malaysia.

12. CANCELING AN ORDER
If you have placed an order
and would like to
cancel it for any reason please go to "Track Order" on the second top
panel. If you cancel the order before it was send out, your order will
be canceled free of any charges. Otherwise, it will qualify as Return.
Please see the Return Policy for details.
13.
RETURN
& EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied
with your purchase,
you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of
receipt of your product. We will be happy to replace the item or issue
a store credit. Please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of
your package.
LittleWhiz.com will only accept items for return or exchange (20%
restocking fee apply) that are in their original/resale condition
and that
have received a Return Authorization Number. Any items returned without
proper packaging, dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for
refund. You will have 15 days upon receipt of the product to send it
back to us. Your refund in store credit will be for the purchase price
of the item(s) deduct 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost are not
refundable. If you purchase the items with a free shipping special,
your refund in store credit will be purchase price deduct 20%
restocking fee deduct shipping fee. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customers. Re-shipping charges for exchanged
item(s) will be applied.

DAMAGED
PRODUCTS
If an order arrives at your
door damaged,
broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if
possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Please pack
the damage products/parts and send back to us for investigation before
we replace the item to you. Simply e-mail us and we will do everything
possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a
positive one. All damaged products will be "Exchange
only".

wrapping service with gift card included for those who wish to send a
