Breastfeeding is the best for baby's health. However, Engorgement, Block Ducts and Mastitis can add discomfort to the experience of being a new mother. Breast Comfort Warm and Cool Breast Relief Packs have been designed to bring you immediate and effective warming and cooling relief.

Directions For Warm Therapy
To warm In Microwave
- Heat in microwave for up to 15 seconds. Before applying, knead pack and check temperature to ensure the pack feels comfortable. Apply where needed for 20 minutes. If desired, re-apply pack 20 minutes after removal. (Re-heat for 10 seconds in microwave). May be placed in bra.
To warm in Hot Water
- Place the in boiling water for approximately 2 minutes. Remove it when is ready for use.
Direction For Cool Therapy
To Cool In Refrigerator
- Store the pads in the chiller compartment for approximately 10-15 minutes before use. Before applying, knead pack and check temperature to ensure the pack feels comfortable. Apply where needed for 20 minutes. If desired, re-apply pack 20 minutes after removal. (Re-cool for 10 minutes in freezer). May be placed in bra.
- If the temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the pads before using.
To clean
- Carefully hand-wash with mild soap in warm water and allow to dry before using.
Warm Therapy
Position the warm packs on the engorged breast and it is especially can sooth and relief the discomfort of the breast feeding mother.
Cold Therapy
Reducing swelling and inflammation. Wrapping the cold packs around inflamed area not only produces a healing effect, it is also soothes and numbs the pain.
Use only as directed. Do not apply cool pack immediately before breastfeeding as cool temperatures may cause a restriction of milk ducts and limit milk flow. Discard if pack is punctured or torn and avoid eye or skin contact with it, or ingestion contents. Keep away from children. For external use only. If condition persists, consult your healthcare provider, midwife or lactation consultant.
