1. What is LittleWhiz.com Redemption program?
The
LittleWhiz.com Redemption Program is a token of our appreciation for
customer loyalty. LittleWhiz.com Points are given every time you make a
purchase and accumulated points can be redeemed for store items. On top
of that, loyal customers may also receive gift certificates, cash
discounts, or free delivery. Every 1 point earned in LittleWhiz.com will entitled to approximately RM0.025. Example : Every 100 points can allow a customers to exchange a product worth approximately RM2.50 or below.
2. Is the LittleWhiz.com Redemption for everyone?
Yes! All you need to do is “REGISTER” with us and start buying!
3. How much LittleWhiz.com Points do I earn?
You
will earn 1 LittleWhiz.com point for every MYR1 you spend (excluding
LittleWhiz promotional gift/discount vouchers, Promotional items and shipping & handling
charges). The points will be rounded up to the nearest point and
automatically credited into your account upon each successful purchase.
4. How do I know if my LittleWhiz.com Points are credited?
You
can check your account at anytime. Just click on the 'My Account'
button on the top panel after you have logged into your account. Your
accumulated points will be shown. Please be informed that points collection for walk in customer will be updated batch by batch after you had filled in the below form for point collection. We will revert back to you via email once we had updated your accounts.
5. What can I redeem with my LittleWhiz.com Points?
There are lots of items our store that are redeemable. The 'Points
for Redemption' of every item will be shown when you click the item for
more details.
6. When will my LittleWhiz.com Points expire?
LittleWhiz Points does not expire!
7. How do I redeem my LittleWhiz Points?
Just
add your desired items to your shopping cart as usual. You can even add
other items along with it. During checkout, you will find a 'Redeem'
button to the right of the screen. Click on the items you want to
redeem.
8. What happens if I don't have enough points to redeem?
The
system will automatically notify you if your points are not enough. You
need to have sufficient points to redeem the item(s). Currently, cash top-up with point redemption are no feasible.
9. Does the LittleWhiz.com Redemption Program include shipping and handling charges?
No,
you will have to add the charges during checkout. The
courier charges to deliver your products is not charge by
LittleWhiz.com, we offer the product for redemption but does not
include the shipping of the products. Alternatively, you can opt for
self collect. We advice you to
redeem along with regular purchases since shipping and handling charges
are per transaction basis.
10. How are the additional benefits awarded?
The
additional benefits are awarded to our selected loyal customers. It
will be based on the participation level in the program. Additional
benefits may be given under any circumstances; Christmas Promotion,
customer's birthday, our anniversary .....
11. What else do I need to know about LittleWhiz.com Redemption Program?
- LittleWhiz.com Points are not transferable.
- Redeemed LittleWhiz.com Points are not reversible nor refundable in any form of credits.
- Exchange
of redeemed item(s) are only allowed with same or fewer 'Points for
Redemption'. We will not be responsible for any charges incurred in the
exchange.
